What is THCA?
THCA stands for “tetrahydrocannabinolic acid.” It’s the naturally occurring precursor to THC (delta-9) that converts into THC when decarboxylated through heat. Although THCA is related to THC, the two are separate cannabinoids.
How is this legal?
According to the most recent Farm Bill, hemp is cannabis with a 0.3% or lower concentration of Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Though high in levels of THCA, the Delta-9 THC concentration falls at or below the 0.3% threshold. Thus, THCA flower is a federally legal hemp product that can be shipped across state lines to your doorstep.
Will my package smell like cannabis?
No. Before shipping we place the bags of THCA flower into another airtight package to ensure discreteness. We also only ship our products through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and not private couriers because the USPS is an independent agency within the federal government that is aware that hemp-derived products, including flower, are federally legal.
